All Proudly Addicted products — Hoodies, Crews, Tees, Dad Hats, and Beanies — are made to order specifically for you upon purchase. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we will replace your item once we receive the original back. To initiate an exchange:

• •Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
• •Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
