2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order specifically for you upon purchase. We do not offer refunds on these items. Size exchanges are available — buyer pays return shipping and shipping for the exchanged item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.

Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of embroidery.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Proudly Addicted or Luckey Donkey Ltd does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal.

4. Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Your name and shipping address are shared with Printful solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. Printful’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to their handling of your data.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Proudly Addicted or Luckey Donkey Ltd is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

5. Personal Information

Email addresses submitted through our newsletter form are used only to communicate Proudly Addicted news and updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All badge designs, brand assets, copy, and imagery on this site are the property of Luckey Donkey Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luckey Donkey Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
